Your order placed through our online shop will be automatically confirmed by sending you an email. If we have the product or products you’ve ordered in stock, we will send it within maximum of 14 days (usually within 2-3 days) from the moment of receiving your payment. If the product or products you’ve ordered is not in our stock, then you can still order it – we will ship it to you as soon as possible – the time we need to get a specific product can vary from 3 days 45 days, depending on where we’re getting it from. If you need to know precisely when a given product will be available, please contact us: contact@noktowizory.biz.
There are two ways to make the payment for purchased products:
- direct bank transfer
- payment at the moment of personal pick-up of the product.
We usually ship to EU countries only. If you live in a country that is not EU member and you are interested in one of our products, please send us an email: contact@noktowizory.biz and we will try to arrange shipment to your location.
Poland
Your order will be shipped to you by Polish Post or courier when shipped to Poland, depending on your choice. Shipment cost is flat, 10 PLN (approx. 2,5 Euro) by Polish Post, 35 PLN (approx. 9 Euro) by courier.
Other countries
To EU countries we normally ship by Polish Post. We may ship by a courier on your special demand, but is`s more expensive. The procedure is as follows:
• You choose a product or products you want to buy
• Next you log into our shop, submit all the necessary contact information and place your order
• As soon as we receive your order we will provide you with shipping cost for your order (via email).
• After receiving the shipping cost, you decide whether you find it acceptable or not and inform us about your decission. This way you`re safe that you will never pay more than you want to.
We decided to make this procedure a bit longer for both sides, because shipment cost vary from country to country and depend greatly on product weight. And finally, you don`t want to pay too much for your shippment, do you?
Please note: by now, you have to add the shipping cost to the total sum of your order yourself.
While delivery times may vary, goods will normally be delivered within 7-14 working days.
If you’re an expatriate living in Poland and would like to pick up the product in our headquarters in Warsaw, please contact us by email.
Please note: check the parcel in the moment you receive it. If there’s something wrong with it, it may be the post/courier fault – in such a case please write down the notice in presence of postman/courier stating the actual state of the parcel. In such a case you should not accept the parcel and should contact us immediately.
Together with your order you’ll get an invoice. If you want your EU-VAT number to be included on the invoice, please put it into the Add Comments About Your Order box during the process of placing you the order or send it to us in a separate email message, including your/your Company’s full name and order number.
Every product is subjected to producer’s warranty. If the product you’ve received, send it back to us, including a short description on the fault you have encountered. We will replace the product with a new one and send it to you as soon as possible.
According to EU regulations, you can return the purchased product to as within 10 days from the date of receiving the product without giving your reasons. The product must be sent to us at your expense and should be in a state showing no signs of usage. Also, the product must be in its original package. Please send the original invoice together with the product and account number we’re to send your money back on.
Products bearing visible usage signs will be sent back to the Buyer on Buyer’s expense.
In some cases, including mainly very expensive products that we need to order on your special request, we may agree to abandon the 10-day return policy by mutual agreement. Your warranty right will remain unchanged, of course.
